How long does it take to receive my order?

Our delivery times are 5 to 9 business days. During peak periods, slight delays may occur.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to track your order in real time. If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I give a gift to someone else?

Of course. Simply enter the delivery address of the person you wish to gift the gift to. We do not include an invoice with the order, as you will receive it directly by email as soon as the order has been validated. We therefore invite you to include your email address and, if possible, the phone number of the person you are giving the gift to, as the delivery person may need it if they encounter any difficulties during delivery.

Gift cards are also available so the person you want to spoil can choose what they prefer.

How can I get a refund for my order?
